Pricing & how billing works
LineoPro is billed separately from Twilio. When you connect your own Twilio account, you pay Twilio directly for voice, SMS, and related usage at Twilio's current rates. LineoPro covers the product—the dashboard, routing, and multi-tenant platform—not your telephony meter.
LineoPro (platform)
Subscription or trial for the LineoPro app: tenant setup, Architect, security controls, and ongoing product updates. This is not your Twilio invoice.
Twilio (usage)
With bring-your-own Twilio, your organization pays Twilio for minutes, messages, numbers, and carrier fees. LineoPro does not mark up Twilio list pricing—you see usage in your Twilio console and billing.
Example scenarios (illustrative)
Actual Twilio costs depend on country, number type, and volume. Use the figures below as structure, not a quote—always verify against Twilio's pricing page or your Twilio invoice.
- Light use — A single main line with modest inbound voice and a few hundred SMS per month: Twilio charges scale with minutes and message segments; LineoPro is the fixed platform layer on top.
- Growth — Higher call volume or multiple numbers: Twilio usage grows with traffic; LineoPro pricing stays tied to your LineoPro plan, not per-minute.
Disclaimer. Twilio rates and product names are subject to change. LineoPro does not guarantee telephony pricing—your contract and invoices with Twilio (and any LineoPro subscription terms) govern what you pay. For official LineoPro subscription pricing, use in-app billing or contact sales when available.
